Reservation is by telephone. We answer between two and five in the afternoon, Tuesday through Saturday.

Eight seats per seating, Wednesday through Saturday. Seats for the following week are released at noon every Tuesday, and a card is held against no-shows.
The private room behind the shoji door, at half past seven. Ten kaiseki courses at a single low table.
From €1,650 for eight guests, pairing included, with the counter closed to everyone else. Hiroshi will speak with you before the date.
