Before you come
Most of them come by telephone between two and five. These are the ones that come most often.
Frequently asked
By telephone, on +30 210 360 8842, answered between 14:00 and 17:00 Tuesday to Saturday. Counter seats for the following Wednesday through Saturday are released every Tuesday at noon.
No. There is one menu each night, set by Hiroshi at half past five after the fish arrives. We adjust for declared allergies and for nothing else.
Ninety minutes at the counter. The Ozashiki kaiseki runs about two and a quarter hours.
Not at the counter. The Ozashiki can be made vegetable-forward with notice, and Hiroshi will speak to you about it before you book.
One quiet photograph at your own seat is fine. No photography during the nigiri sequence, and none of other guests.
Not under fourteen at the counter. The Ozashiki is a conversation.
Arrive within ten minutes of your seating. The sequence cannot be paused, and the second seating is waiting behind you.
Rarely, and only when a seat is released late. It is worth telephoning at five on the day.
€145 per person at the counter, €165 in the Ozashiki. The sake flight is €58 for five pours, €72 with the kaiseki.
No. Only no strong perfume — fragrance carries on cypress and interferes with the cure.
Still unanswered
